Research Use Only Policy

This document is the binding contract governing all purchases and use of Products from Forge Core Ltd (Forge Peptides).

Critical Notice

By completing a purchase, you (“The Buyer”) explicitly agree to and are bound by every term in this policy. Failure to read or understand this policy does not nullify your contractual agreement.

The Research Use Only Contract

All Products sold by Forge Peptides are classified and sold strictly for IN-VITRO RESEARCH USE ONLY.

1.1 Prohibited Use

The Products are NOT intended for, and must NEVER be used for, any other purpose, including but not limited to:

  • block Human consumption or use (injection, ingestion, topical application).
  • block Veterinary or animal use.
  • block Diagnostic or therapeutic purposes.
  • block Use as food additives, drugs, cosmetics, or household chemicals.
  • block Any application outside a controlled, in-vitro laboratory experiment.

1.2 Buyer Warranty (Who You Are)

By purchasing, The Buyer explicitly warrants and represents that they are:

A qualified researcher, scientist, or institution.

A laboratory, university, or entity equipped for scientific research.

An individual fully aware of handling, storage, and safety protocols.

1.3 Buyer Warranty (What You Know)

The Buyer explicitly warrants that they have independently reviewed and understand:

  • gavelThe specific health and safety hazards associated with the handling of the Products.
  • gavelThe industrial hygiene controls necessary to protect individuals from such hazards.
  • gavelThe government regulations regarding the use of and exposure to such Products.
  • gavelThat the Products have NOT been tested by us for safety or efficacy in humans or animals.

Non-Negotiable Information Protocol

We maintain a strict and non-negotiable legal separation from any implied personal use. This is the cornerstone of our compliance.

2.1 Refusal of Advice

Forge Peptides staff will NEVER provide, discuss, or imply any advice regarding:

  • gavelPersonal use, dosages, or “protocols.”
  • gavelReconstitution methods or solvents for personal use.
  • gavelSubjective effects, side effects, or medical guidance.

2.2 Breach of Contract

Any communication (verbal or written) that attempts to solicit this information or implies that the Products will be used in a manner inconsistent with this RUO policy will be treated as a material breach, resulting in immediate refusal of service, cancellation of pending orders, and a permanent ban on future purchases.

2.3 Scope of Support

Support is limited to order status, logistics, payment, and product identification data (e.g., CAS numbers, purity data from our COAs).

Product Classification & Risk

The Buyer acknowledges all material is 100% synthetic, non-infectious, non-toxic, non-pathogenic, and intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory use only.

The Buyer assumes all risk and is solely responsible for implementing adequate safety and disposal procedures.

Liability & Indemnification

4.1 Limitation of Liability: Forge Core Ltd. accepts zero liability for any damages, harm (direct, indirect, special, or consequential), or legal action arising from the Buyer’s handling, storage, or misuse of the Products.

4.2 Indemnification: The Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Forge Core Ltd. (including its director and employees) from and against all claims, liabilities, losses, expenses, legal fees, and damages of any nature arising from or related to the Buyer’s breach of this RUO policy or their handling/misuse of any Product.
